After building a strong relationship with Red Bull South Africa, Beanstalk was entrusted with bringing the global Unlocked concept to life in 2023. This one-night event captures the best of a city’s nightlife, all in one location at the same time. Imagine experiencing your favorite bars, nightclubs, and speakeasies in one place without needing to Uber or drive—Unlocked made that a reality.

Given the concept and partners, we took charge of the rest. We found the perfect venue, designed the layout, and curated the central party space known as the Hub. We also recreated mini pop-up versions of each venue within the space. Our team spent 8 months scoping, designing, and managing each partner venue, culminating in a seamless and unforgettable experience on the night of the event.
